The Society is pleased to announce a regular feature on our calendar, "Looking at Art." This series of interactive talks and discussions is designed to offer comprehensive insights into the lives, artistic journeys, and notable works of various artists.

Through a scholarly lens, we will analyse the evolution of each artist's, while lookling at their style, technique, color palette, and composition. The sessions will examine the social and political contexts that influenced their creativity, allowing for a collective appreciation of the aesthetic and historical value of these works. Each meeting will consist of a curated presentation followed by an open forum for discussion, providing a deeper understanding of both recognised masterpieces and underrepresented voices in the art world.

To provide a more immersive experience, we have structured these sessions to include:
