Exhibition Instructions
How to prepare your artwork

Hopefully, those of you have entered 'hanging pictures' for the exhibition will be getting them ready for 'handing in' day. Particularly for those of you entering 'hanging pictures' for the first time this YouTube video on preparing your artwork might be helpful - please click on the link below. (If you're not familiar with YouTube I'm afraid that you have to put up with adverts, and don't accidentally subscribe to anything!)

In addition, please make sure that you follow the instructions set out in the Conditions of Entry (in the members area) before you arrive to hand your artwork in, as follows:
Each piece must have 2 labels, each with the artist’s name, title of work, medium and price, printed clearly (in block capitals). One label must be stuck to the back of picture, the other tied on with string long enough to hang no more than half way over the front of the picture.
Pictures with integrated stands in their backboards will not be accepted - it makes them impossible to hang neatly and detracts from the overall impression of this display. (Swap in a conventional piece of backboard please).
