Welcome to our website, we are delighted that you are interested in the Society. We are a group of like-minded people interested in the Visual Arts - Painting, Wood Carving, Ceramics, Textiles, Mixed-Media and Jewellery, with varying abilities from beginners to professionals, all sharing a wish to develop knowledge and skills.

We regularly meet in Stratford for demonstrations by professional artists, and for talks lead by one of our members called 'Looking at Art' all about art history and other interesting topics.  Our professional artists also deliver workshops (usually inspired by the demonstration they did to the group previously) which are so much fun and full of learning.  We also organise trips out that appreciate art, such as to galleries and big exhibitions!  Lastly, there is also an annual two week exhibition that we put on in August, showcasing and selling the best work of all our members.  Please look through our website to find more information, or contact us if you have questions.
