The Society organises a couple of 'studio time' sessions, where members come together to meet, create, share inspiration and help each other. There are also classes run by some of our members - some of which can be purchased through our store and others that are joined by contacting the artist directly.

Sarah Miles' Classes & Website

Regular Art Classes in Warwickshire with Sarah Miles

Wednesday & Friday evenings, fortnightly

Our member, Sarah Miles, is a full time artist and art teacher.  She has demonstrated and delivered a number of workshops for us, with excellent teaching and has even sent out notes and video tutorials to catch people up.

Sarah teaches her own classes, and covers all the fundamentals in art including: using shape, perspective, tonal values, and colour theory; and explores a range of mediums including: charcoal, oil, watercolours, acrylics, plus other textures and mediums to use alongside.

Sarah plans her regular classes according to a 'learning focus', and advertises her classes as 'courses' on her website, although she makes it clear there is no obligation for her students to follow the planning.  You are always welcome to bring your own project and work in different mediums, and she'll advise you as you require.

You have a choice of two evenings and venues, and you are welcome to swap an evening if you can't make one week.  Sarah's regular classes take place fortnightly at:

Kineton Village Hall, Mill Street, Kineton, CV35 0LB on Wednesday evenings 7:30-9:30pm

and

Ladbroke Village Hall, Southam, CV47 2BY on Friday evenings 7-9pm
